Terms of Service | DecorAI – AI Interior Design

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DecorAI – AI Interior Design app (the “App”) and the website at https://www.decoraiapp.io (the “Site”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using DecorAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use DecorAI. By using DecorAI, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

DecorAI offers free and paid features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via your store account, including auto-renewal and cancellation. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements. Pricing, billing periods and free trials are shown at the point of purchase.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and display User Content solely to provide the App, including AI redesign processing through providers such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate and Fal.ai.

You confirm that you have the right to upload your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

DecorAI uses AI models to generate room redesign concepts. AI output is provided for inspiration only and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinated details, or impractical suggestions. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI output, including renovation, purchasing or construction decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, infringing, harmful or sexually explicit content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the App or Site.
Use DecorAI to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
Resell or commercially redistribute DecorAI features without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, Site, and all related software, design, branding and content (excluding User Content) are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

DecorAI integrates third-party services to function correctly. These include RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

DecorAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, suitability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated room concepts are not professional design, architectural, engineering or contracting advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising from your use of DecorAI.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DecorAI at any time if you breach these Terms or use DecorAI in a manner that could cause us legal liability. You may stop using DecorAI at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of DecorAI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
